They are better online clothing vendors than Karmaloop service in communicating and shipping out product is one of the worst experiences.

At first I thought the company was a scam because I ordered from their site and it took my payment but gave me no order number, no shipping info and the customer service line was a joke, it just kept ringing until it just hung up on me so then I decided to check the reviews and I was horrified so I thought I got scammed. Well, well, well...my package was delivered and before Christmas as promised. I gave them 4 stars because I was so relieved it was delivered but I can't trust a company without order numbers, tracking numbers and poor customer service. Just thought I would leave a review letting you know they will ship your merchandise.

My orders were not delivered and the company never informed me. Reps consistently tell untruth

Item said it was in stock so I placed order. 3 weeks later it was still processing. The responses I was getting from Customer Service was I needed to allow 10 days processing?!? I finally copied the CEO and they told me they didn't have the item.

After a month, still waiting for my package. It will not arrive for Christmas. Do not buy from them

i know there are a massive amounts of bad reviews for karmaloop, all of them seem to be before 2019. i believe the company has gone through a complete restructure. i have never heard about karmaloop until this october. Everybody warned against buying from them. I found that they were selling a item of clothing i wanted really bad but couldnt afford the prices of everybody else. They were selling what i wanted for half the price as everybody else on the internet. The fact it was so cheap really made me nervous as i dont have alot of money after bills and need to starve to buy things i want and i did not wanna be ripped off. i though how in the world could they be selling this so cheap? there is no way its real. BUT i wanted this item so bad i was willing to take the chance. so i bought 2. Shipping took about 5 business days from the time i ordered. i just recieved said items and i am shocked. They are 100 percent legit! Items actually came in the brands manufacturing bag. i got two of the item for less than 1 anywhere else i would of went. I absolutely will by again and will be recommending to all of my dawgs. 10/10. Straight Clutch.

Absolute worst processing and shipping times. I’m going on 3 weeks since pacing my order and it just yesterday posted as “shipped” so by the time all is said and done I would have waited close to a month to receive my items. Mind you they charged my card the second my order was place. Customer service is also useless. Never will I buy from this company again.

I received my order with 4/6 garments still having the anti theft dye magnetic attached to them.

It’s been two weeks and no one will return my emails, their call center is also closed permanently…. ROUGH

terrible just straight terrible they don't care about customer satisfaction and just want to take your money please save your self the stress and keep your money don't use this site it honestly needs to be shut down they are just awful

NEVER BUY FROM KARMALOOP. I cannot stress this enough!! I know I won't ever buy from this website again (I wish I would've known). They are scammers who do not give a damn about product quality or how the customer receives their package. They just want your money!!

I bought a few T-shirts of the brand Orrisue. Turns out the brand doesn't exist anymore since 2013, but they still sell it of course. I got the package but they were low-quality, home-printed fake T-shirts. To top it off they smelled sour, like vinegar. You could smell them from afar.

I felt violated, after a few days of mailing through Paypal and waiting they offered me to send it back in return for my money. The shipping costs and taxes were for my account $45,00 and I had no proof they would ever give me my money back. I would have accepted if they were trustworthy like back in the day. But after a package like that, all my trust was gone. Plus there are lots of horror stories further down. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! (I took my losses I hope you won't have to).

Too many bad reviews which typically means "Don't Buy" !! So l will pass on using your services !!

I’ve been using Karmaloop for over 15 years but haven’t made a purchase since 2013.

Unfortunately, it seems like they have gone downhill. You can blame Covid, but communicate more effectively. I purchased a couple hats on 2/11 and my order is stuck in “processing.”

They have failed to respond to emails that say they will respond in 2 business days. I wouldn’t recommend them till they get their act together.

six months ago I bought a coat in this company and it never arrived I try to communicate with them and it is difficult I want them to give me my money back because unlucky they were charged two coats they are very thieves do not buy anything in this company

Okkkkkk so it took a while to receive a pair of shoes and a clutch which looked cheap. The shoes was ok. My issue is that the clutch has a tag on it. This tag 🏷 says.. ⚠️ Warning. This product can expose you to chemicals including lead and cadumium, which are known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm....IMMMM NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I CAN NOT MAKE THIS UP I WISH I COULD SEND A PICTURE. Terrible! The first time I placed an order took almost 2 months to receive and one of the items was missing.. this time around it’s been a month! I reached out to check status only to be told my items were lost in transit! Sooo who was going to tell me ? If I hadn’t reached out was someone going to email me? Needless to say poor customer service and communication won’t be purchasing anything else

Missing multiple items from my order. Karmaloop hasn’t replied to any of my emails over the past 1-2 months. They used to be legit but unfortunately now they’re thrives. I see why they don’t have a phone number on their website.
