absolutely love the bag Lisbon Duffel small. Great for my daily gym + office ! fits everything perfectly

one recommendation from my side for this bag is that the bottom "wet clothes" couldve been a more flexible plastic(or some collapsible soft water repelent) inline so that we can fit shoes there too? feels weird to me to keep the shoes in the same compartment as my clothes. but thats just my ick.

I love the backpack (Bali with sling) the only thing to be Mindful about is that the quality of the material is a bit low. After one week small pieces started falling off the corners. If they would fix that.... It would be absolutely perfect! Love the brand and the aesthetics. Which looking elegant but still also super practical.

For my work I make a lot of international trips and need to have something that works for business context. Before I had a leather shoulder bag but it was so unpractical. This backpack looks good enough for business but also is way more comfortable! I also love the slingbag that goes with it because with traveling that's super practical. The second I get out of the airport it goes into my backpack in which it fits perfectly.

Especially for people that like using pouches this bag is perfect!

I bought a backpack from this brand at their Vienna store about 2.5 years ago. Recently both zippers broke, even though the only thing I usually carry is a very thin laptop.

I went back to the store hoping they could at least offer a repair service, even if I had to pay for it. Unfortunately, I was told the guarantee is only valid for two years and that there’s nothing they can do after that — even though this clearly seems like a quality issue with the material.

They told me the zippers would need to be replaced and that a tailor would charge around €100 for the repair, which is more than the bag itself. That basically makes the bag useless after just 2.5 years. The company needs to rethink its sustainability policy…

Long story short: if you don’t want to throw away your backpack after a couple of years, I would not recommend buying from this brand. I definitely won’t be buying from them again.

Very happy for my new bag, I really like it !!

The backpack has great looks, feel, clever and generous pockets.
However after some use, the softer and non-water repellent top part (the one where the main zip is) has become brittle and worn, with the outer colour coating flaking off, revealing the white material underneath. It makes it look quite rough for professional environments. Not a long term investment, as I need to replace it after only a couple of years from the purchase.

I had been eyeing up their bags for awhile online. I went into one of their stores in Amsterdam. Zophia, the sales assistant was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I explained to her that I was looking for a bag that I could use as a carry on for flights. She showed me a range of different bags I opted for the Lisbon pro in a muted rose colour. I love the bag and cannot wait to use it on my upcoming flights. There are a lot of compartments which is something I need in order to fit everything. The quality of the bag is very high-end and you can tell that there’s a lot of care that goes into making them. Would highly recommend. Thank you Zophia for your excellent customer service! 😊
