Ordered a ski jacket, but turned out to be too big. Now I want to return but, but no return form can be found, mails ere not answered and there is no phone number to call. So can’t get my money back and also can’t wear the jacket
Kappa Store (aka the Giga Store) have an very big range of products and the quality is excellent. This hardly surprised me the first time I bought there - I've never had anything but good experiences with Italian brands in general and this is no exception - but even so, it has become one of my favorite places to buy clothes in general. Prices vary but can be an absolute bargain, particularly the Kappa and Robe di Kappa brands. Navigating the website is occasionally a bit buggy (probably my computer's fault) and they only deliver to Europe, but those are the only drawbacks I can think of (plus for delivering to Australia I just use a parcel forwarding service anyway - it's worth it if you order a few items at a time and the range is much bigger than any Kappa products you can find here). The few times I've had to contact their customer service for size changes etc they have been really helpful. Overall, I consider this website to be one of the best finds I've ever made shopping on the internet.

Firstly the customer service was both fast, helpful, and polite. I wrote them an email questioning the authenticity of printing on their authentic jerseys in the evening on the 28th of December. Before noon the following day, the replied thoroughly explaining the differences between the pre-printet shirts, and their free printing service,which was only a matter of price and expedition time. I was told that the free printing would take 4 days extra before the item was dispatched. Then in the evening of the 29th I ordered a shirt with print and free shipping from Italy to Denmark. On the 3rd of January I received an email that the item was dispatched and already the 4th I received the package! Making this my most successful purchase online!
To summarize: Good customer service, Ridiculously fast and free shipping within Europe, Great site!
