I paid for a book from Kaplan in August 2020, I've chased them more than 10 times, each customer service I speak to always promises to resolve the issue, but here I am in June 2021 almost a year later and I still have not got a refund or my book.
The managers refuse to talk to customers to try to resolve the issue.
Buy Osborne Books and BPP book as they are great but if you need to buy a Kaplan books I think you should buy it from eBay or Amazon, as Kaplan is not a trustworthy provider.
