Pros: The employees are actually talented.
Cons: It's a shame that the employees' talents are being wasted from a boss that doesn't know what he's doing. more so manage his people. You would hear some yelling inside the office just because the boss seem to have woken up on the wrong side of his bed- which is like, everyday. He throws tantrums at people when he doesn't get what he wants. He is a man-child that you need to sweet talk to at least be treated like a human being.
