I ordered a doll at kanadoll in September 2025 - and I've been satisfied both by the service and product 100%. Here I've managed to find the doll I was looking for with a reasonable price.
The support team is extremely polite and helpful, answered all my questions regarding the product: I was worried if the skin color differs from product pictures, but they quickly shared the doll photo and made me confident in my choice. Also, they assisted to me with organization of delivery considering my situation.
The delivery is included into the product price, the package came less than after 4 days and in ideal conditions (in EU).
The doll itself was also in ideal condition, and exactly the same as on the pictures and video on the product page - the material and craft quality definitely corresponds to the product price.
So, it was absolutely positive experience for me.

I was very skeptical to make a purchase due to people talking about scams everywhere. But they really came through. They were very thorough with their customer service. Very very helpful :) They even allowed me to make changes to the order a few days after I confirmed the order. As for the doll? Perfection. It did come with a slight air bubble near the neck but they sent me a video on how to fix it. I had to pull the silicone just a bit to release the air and now its like it was never there :) This doll is a complete work of art, a masterpiece :) Shedoll's craftsmanship is top tier. The product you sold me was advertised differently than what I was expecting and what I received I didn't know that I was purchasing a 4 ft child size doll and the shape of the body structure did not match anywhere near what the advertisement showed therefore I have lost trust and faith in your company. I also asked you for more pictures or videos of the product before I agreed to have it sent but nothing shows up and I couldn't see how it looked from different directions and couldn't see how short it was, I don't use the metrics system here in the United States we use inches and feet for measurements. I will have to either get a refund on this product or sell it and try to purchase it somewhere else.

The customer service at Kanadoll is the best in the business. I've bought many products from their store and the communication has always been perfect. They represent so many manufacturers that everyone should be able to find what they are looking for at reasonable prices. I've dealt with many resellers of these items over the years and Kanadoll has quickly become my favorite!

I was very suprised about how good there customer service was responsive and always helpful and accommodating, the only thing better is there creative quality products, the texture on and in the dolls is incredible and wonderfully designed and still so soft and stimulating, i was very happy and satisfied with my purchase ,great dolls that are worth the small investment for the fun time you need that comes in all fun designs , would definitely shop here again.

Great customer service & fast shipment of my order

I was thankful that this site wasn't a scam and that I got my product. The thing that I would suggest is getting the website more updated and responsive. Also to send more updates on the order since it takes a few weeks for delivery.

I purchased two items from the webiste, once a masturbator which was of great quality but also too tight and the material was too hard to be used proper. And a second time a Raiden mini s doll from the gacha game which was just as described by the website. I also had accidently made a small error with the purchase process and the customer service helped me resolve it in a very reasonable time which was great. The only small issue I had was their choice of courier service of which wasn't a very informative one and considering the high price of the items it made me worry about the delivery needlesy. Regardless based on my 2 experiencesat the moment I can recommend Kanadoll.

After 2 days of chatting with customer support.
Sending the internal damages of the doll sustained. After being accessed by the factory. They gave me a free upgrade to compensate for the damaged doll.
All in all very great support and helpfulness.
When I thought all was lost they Helped me get a new product fast and efficiently.

They had a wide selection of dolls at a good price, the doll was sent the same day I ordered it. They also offered factory photos before the order which was greatly appreciated, they also guaranteed the dolls are brand new and unused.

After receiving azuki it far exceeded my exactions this store is awesome and I am for certain to come back.

i received it yesterday,a full size one, it is great and realistic, in some ways is even better than in the pictures, the weight makes it even more realistic. mind that u should first attach the head to doll before putting on the wig, i recommend using elastic strechy material clothes. customer service is excellent you get to talk with real person not some AI. shippment super fast 3.5 working days (5.5 days with weekend included cos placed order on thursday) and delivery guy helped to climb it up in the building (UPS).

Overall i was impressed with the quality and lifelikeness, measurements were true to size but seemed smaller than expected. The only reason i gave 4 instead of five stars was the two fingernails that were not attached.

My initial experience purchasing my first doll started out great! They reached out to let me know that I would likely encounter trouble with my chosen options on a specific doll body. I thought that was excellent of them to help prevent an issue. We arranged for a different doll body that was a little bit more, but I got to keep the option that I couldn’t get. When the doll arrived the factory did not install one of the upgrades chosen. I communicated with Betty who has been very responsive and understanding. Ultimately they compensated me fairly and because of how awesome the doll is, I ordered another doll with the other body that I liked and an ROS head.
