Very disappointing

Very disappointing paid in advance for boiler service
Booked an appointment between 12 and 5pm yesterday
Phoned at 3.30pm to confirm plumber was coming and told no they would have to rebook
Rebooked this morning between 8am and 9 am
I pHoned at 9.01 to be told no plumber couldn’t come today and that they could not find another plumber to come in this morning
The one star was for the apologies from the lady in the Office
Unfortunately can not recommend

Excellent service from Kaluca when our …

Excellent service from Kaluca when our boiler had given up. I called them and they attended on the same day. Unfortunately our boiler was beyond repair but Kaluca fitted us a new Worcester Bosch boiler with a ten year warranty.
Dave installed our boiler in 1 day and was so clean and tidy we didn't know he had been.
Great job HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kaluca
