Needed some new laces for a favourite pair of shoes and found Kalsi Cords via Google. Found exactly what I was looking for, offered in a variety of lengths as well as a huge array of other styles and colours so I bought a couple more pairs for other shoes. Best of all was discovering that these are Made in Great Britain. Very reasonable prices and postage cost and my order arrived super fast. Delighted with the quality, choice and service and to be able to support an independent business. Although I didn’t need any at this time I noticed there were cords and accessories of all kinds. Very happy customer and will definitely use again in the future. Highly recommended.

I have used Kalsi Cords a number of times to supply a number of different colours of 1.5mm round elasticated cord to simulate Load Roping on Radio Controlled large scale Model Trucks,which has proved to be very realistic in use and is a very cost effective way to achieve a detail appearance.

Excellent customer service and very quick delivery. The auto fill function didn't fully load my address when I was placing the order and they rang to confirm my full address before posting. And it arrived the next day.

I've ordered from Kalsi in the past and delivery by Royal Mail has always been ultra-fast.
However a recent order didn't arrive. Kalsi asked me to wait a bit longer. After a few weeks I posted a message on Royal Mail site but had no response. I told Kalsi of this and was about to do a new order - as their product is the best I've found. But they sent me a repeat delivery, at no charge to me, which arrived next day!
They've proved themselves a very good firm to deal with.
