Our retail shop aims to despatch orders on the same day of purchase from our Factory in Leicester UK. Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

What I needed and more
I needed long laces for a particular project and came across Kalsi Cords, in a Google search. They had exactly what I needed and more, so I actually ordered some laces for some of my shoes too, while I was at it. The ordering process was simple, the laces arriving quickly and they seem to be excellent quality. Very pleased.

Not great…
The metal ended laces don’t fit through standard sized eyes on hiking shoes. So they are useless.

Been looking for this size cords…
Been looking for this size cords everywhere could never find and if I did when it finally arrived it was always to small. But these cords where the perfect size and if good quality and different colors,the shipping cost is fair it arrived in my state of Florida 6 business days when you compare other countries would take up to a month. Yes I will continue to buy from this company and also if you have any questions they will respond right away great customer service.
