I expected quality ……

I expected quality service from Kalaniketan - but was disappointed! You guys have such a beautiful showroom in Marine Lines. Mumbai… going by that I expected my orders to be delivered with a receipt from Kalaniketan… so that the ladies who received them as gifts …. could exchange if need be! There is no trace of purchase invoice from your brand within the packaging- but has an invoice from Surat!

My first order that was received by my sister in Mumbai - was very surprised that it was from Kalaniketan - because there was nothing on that saree ( receipt or price tag) that spoke about your brand!

The 2nd order came crumpled , with threads hanging everywhere. I had to press them and spent an hour cutting those loose threads. Disappointed. I agree, I had asked for fall and side stitching….but still , someone should have checked for quality! Remember, I had paid Rs.1650 towards shipping too!
