Stay clear from this company, they used to be great but now its gone to crap. No replies to emails or messages. I dont even know if anyone is running the business or they just take peoples money and have no service..
My experience with KakaClo has been extremely disappointing. Despite promising a smooth experience, the order processing times are far too long, making it very difficult to run a reliable business. When using a supplier, you expect a certain level of efficiency, but KakaClo consistently fails to meet even basic expectations. It’s become clear that they don't prioritize timely fulfillment, which is critical in this industry.
The lack of transparency and communication about delays only makes things worse. It seems like they are constantly shifting their explanations, leaving merchants in the dark. This creates a lot of frustration, as it’s impossible to plan effectively when you never know when or if an order will ship on time.
Overall, KakaClo's service has negatively impacted my business, causing issues with customer trust and satisfaction. For anyone considering this platform, I would strongly suggest looking for more reliable alternatives. The headaches and lost time just aren’t worth it.
SCAMMER COMPANY ISNT NOT SHIPPING ORDERS IN TIME , and its take 2 weeks for send 1 order , i get scammed by them with 750$ in ORDER and they cannot find it . LOL . PLEASE DELETE THIS COMPANY SCAMMIS
I would not recommend this company as a vendor for dropshipping. They dropped the ball too many times and give A store owner a bad name because they do not ship out their products or give and email in a timely basis on when the item is going to be shipped to your customer. And they always have problems finding your order. I wouldn't use them.
I have been having conversation with the staff of kakaclo and usually they are okay getting back to confirm orders on time to use their services but there is one agent that always says our lead time is 1-4 days and does not want to confirm anything about stock availability and keeps you waiting just to let you know your orders failed after 4 days of waiting... His excuse is that his inventory is dynamic but he is not behaving according to the dynamic inventory. He is ruining the reputation of the company.
My experience with Kakaclo drop shipping.
At the beginning I didn’t know how to work with them, but I persevered because the options they offer is What goes with my market.
First I was frustrated and started to ask questions and they kindly answered to me.
Next I was explained their model of work and I had to adjust my expectation on how the system is set up on their side and so far so good
I have had very little disappointment on not been able to fulfill 100% of my orders.
I think we should accept that it is normal to have a few misses in every business and this one is not the exception.
Lately their service has improved a lot and they are always very kind at doing their best to get my orders fulfilled.
I do recommend them they are a great company!

Room for Improvement at Kakaclo: Inventory and Shipping Concerns
My business association with Kakaclo , with professional and efficient service. In particular, I'd like to mention Nancy, our Account Manager, who was very responsive and supportive throughout the initial stages of our partnership. However, as time went on, things took a disappointing turn.
The first notable problem is inventory management. There have been numerous instances where items or sizes ordered by my customers were out of stock. This issue, occurring repeatedly, has forced me to issue refunds, disrupting my business operations and risking the loss of returning customers. It is crucial for any supplier to maintain an accurate and reliable inventory system. Unfortunately, Kakaclo's current practices are falling short of this standard.
The second major concern is shipping delays. Despite my account being set up for faster shipping—an extra fee I willingly pay for—promised deliveries within 6 to 9 business days are not being met. My customers have been waiting over 15 days to receive their orders. Such extended delays are causing dissatisfaction among my clientele and hurting my business's reputation.
Furthermore, the once responsive and supportive communication we received from Nancy has lessened significantly. This change in service level, coupled with the fact that nobody seems to be answering my calls, is exacerbating the problems and making resolution more difficult.
I am currently in search of a new vendor that can better meet my business needs by offering accurate inventory management, timely delivery, and responsive customer service.
I understand that every business faces challenges. However, the repeated issues and lack of response from Kakaclo are becoming a significant concern. If Kakaclo is to remain a viable option for businesses like mine, significant improvements are needed.
In conclusion, while Kakaclo's offerings initially seemed promising and the professionalism and responsiveness of account management were notable, the current issues with stock accuracy, delayed shipping, and waning communication are considerable drawbacks. Despite the initial positive experience with Nancy, the recent lack of response is disappointing. The hope is that Kakaclo can return to the level of service we initially experienced.
This is legit the best dropshipping platform I've ever used. I love the clothes on KakaClo, so many fantastic styles with daily update, it's really awesome, my customers like them. It saves my boutique store in some way.
