Terrible experience avoid like plague

Terrible experience avoid like plague! they false advertise that filters fit a specific model (f92) and when the filter came it did not fit and only fit g15,g16 (8 series instead of m8) even though m8 model was clearly listed in the list that filter fits.

Marcel - most unprofessional manager ever, extremely rude, unhelpful and unwilling to rectify the situation. Basically said it was my fault as I did not base my decision on PS written (which wasn't m8 PS) so basically it was my fault and i should pay back for shipping and because I had no more box, he would also deduct 5 eur for the box.

Absolutely 0 professionalism and illegal false advertising.
