Thus far this has been outstanding deal for my daughter she is learning at her own pace she is not being bullied at school she's staying away from the nonsense school systems this system teaches our children the things that they needed to be taught in life lessons I just wish there was more experimentation going on as science projects projects with the families I'm not saying families have to travel I'm just saying something around a local town that they're in I know trying to Google every town everybody lives in would be very time-consuming but something like Jasper Alabama coal mining the donkeys there's a donkey on every corner or a statue of a donkey don't ever corner things like that military history name the presidents in order name the planets in order things like that I would like to see more of that but other than that my daughter is enjoying it our family is enjoying it and we can enjoy family time together more I think you very much for all the staff I think y'all are doing an extremely great job thank you so much to everyone and I do wish the teachers would reach out to the parents more by phone I know there's a lot to be in a teacher but I would I would like that

Great school. Good communication.

We have not received as much communication with the teachers when the new system wasn’t working properly and the new system still shows we are behind on assignments when the classes are locked out. Or we do the work and it shows not done. Very hard to work in a program with a child with autism to understand why it isn’t showing done when he does it.

Excellent educational program and academic opportunities. Only thing missing is a better parent platform to communicate with administrators and see student information an update parent portal access would be great.

Teachers are great for the most part. It's really just the changes to the site that are making it 4 stars and not 5.

Trying to communicate with the staff is extremely and beyond difficult. We're constantly sending massive emails being routed to this person that person and never a response. The school has to do better with communication. Senior year my daughter didn't hear from a guidance counselor and It took us forever to get her transcripts, her GPA, and we're still waiting on vitally important documents needed to complete college applications. I can honestly say the ball was dropped drastically this school year. Then there's a number given for the school but they're like if you know the party's extension you made download at any time but there's no direct contact that didn't route you to another number and like you never speak to anyone. I just have to specify how horrific the communication is with the staff at this online school they need to do 100% better It was ridiculous it was unprofessional and based on the lack of communication I wouldn't recommend anyone to send their child their especially if you're a hands-on parent extremely involved and wanting to make sure that things are aligned and in place for your child. Outside of the lack of communication from the office staff the teachers were pretty good.

I have no complaints here. We love it !

It's to be an online school.

I really love this school. It was the best decision ever to make.

I think if the learning coaches have something to know what the kids are doing like a teachers book or agenda to write down what their students have grade to lessons. Im very organized person especially when it comes to my kids lessons or work and grades to progress reports. But overall 100% luve this school. Will never go back to regular school. Been here for awhile my kids are happy.

They have done really amazing with my autistic child. I love the flexibilty.

I really enjoy this school. I get to be hands on with my child and teachers. Communication is great! And they are very understanding because remember they are still regular humans as well and I like that about them. The teaching and curriculum is great.

We love that we can sleep in til 9 or 10 most days and promote afternoon and evening schoolwork.

My child is in 2nd grade, been with K12 since Kindergarten. All of her teachers were great. I just think this school works out perfectly for us.

I love that I can understand stand it more and my reading and math have got better everyday I want u for u that help
