Terrible provider.

Terrible provider.
Fine till end of 2021. Pitiful since.

No more telephony (*) and since the beginning of september, no more TV (**).
No more user interface (console) and they explain that the interface is tied to the TV 😡
Yes, sure, and my name is Napoleon.

It's then impossible to retrieve a RIO (proof of identity regarding the provider) in order to change provider. When asking through the hotline (once you've managed to get it) they give you a wrong RIO.
No more interface means also no more access to invoices.
Support doesn't answer to mails and hotline is most of the time unavailable and when it is: it's "sorry that will recover soon" or that's lies (RIO for example).

(*) Telephony once needs, without warning, an external box (Cisco ATA) to work and brutally without any warning again, the telephony needed this box to be removed in order to work again.
(**) They explain that you need VLC in order to get the TV stream. Try to explain that to people!

It looks like a real disaster and everything seems to be made to avoid customer leakage.
