John fitted a towbar on my Vivaro 6.5 years ago and did a fantastic job, splicing in the wiring and wrapping it back up so it looked factory fitted. Called him out again to fit one to my new van…..arrived and showed me it had a removable already factory fitted, I didn’t know! I felt stupid….he assured me it was no problem. A top guy with a top service.

Highly recommend John, very friendly and efficient in the phonecall, very easy to book in and punctual. Cracked on and was honest that my car already had the electrics so I even saved some money. If I ever need another I would definitely use JW towbars in the future.

We have had John out to fit a towbar to our cars twice over the last couple of years.
Both times he turned up at my wife’s workplace on time and fitted a good quality detatchable towbar and 13 pin plug.
His is very polite, professional, friendly and efficient. She gave him the keys and left him to it.
He leaves the site and car clean and tidy. No mucky finger prints or mess left around the car.
We will always recommend John to anybody we know needs a towbar fitting and will always use him ourselves if we ever change our car in the future.

Just had these guys fit a tow bar to my bmw and cannot thank them enough they fitted me in short notice to get me sorted for an upcoming holiday. They were professional from start to finish and their work was spot on!

Polite - both during the initial telephone enquiry and during the appointment.
Punctual - I'm a stickler for punctuality, as are these guys, they were even a little early.
Personable - the fitter was a great guy and happy to chat.
Professional - from start to finish.

I'd use them again but probably won't need to, and I would highly recommend them.

Top quality tow bar fitted today on our Nissan X Trail - the engineer was superb, fitted in approx 2 hours - would highly recommend J W Towbars fitted with a 13 pin connector and full electrics.

This is the 5th towbar JW towbars have fitted for me over the years and I’ve never had an issues with any of them. As usual the communication was fantastic, the fitting professional and efficient and the price as always very competitive. I have no doubt they will be fitting the next one for me at some point in the future!

This is the 2nd time I've used this company to fit my towbars. They are competitive with pricing (I phoned lots of companies these were the cheapest each time). Kept up to date with expected time of arrival (30 min time frame) and they were punctual. Did a great job and would recommend.

The office txt to give me a time slot to which the fitter (John) turned up on time and was friendly/polite carried out the work agreed and was very knowledgeable about the equipment he was fitting and testing for me and in general about the towing rules and reg definitely would recommend very professional and good value for money compared to some other companies out there
