Please do not use this company it's a total scam. I like many others ordered two recling chairs and received two of the tiniest stools even my smallest grandchildren cannot sit on. Total disgrace that these people can get away with this sort of thing. Fb should be embarrassed for letting them advertise.
Big con, little stools.
Terrible company, just con merchants. They advertised as Jutery but Bill as Jianyu District saasai Bai department store. Like many other people got conned by this company, ordered recliner garden chairs, and got toy stools which even the smallest animal could sit on. Stools 10 inches tall and not one extension on them. Disgraceful, you would assumed that adverts on FB could be trusted, but no.
What a con
What a con, I did not receive what I ordered, instead I receive what can only be described as the smallest and most pointless three legged stool in the world.
Do not be conned by these scammers as l was
Do not be conned by these scammers as l did. I thought as the advertisement is on Facebook it would be ok, what a fool I was, I received the useless collapsible stool and when using the email that they issue I sent a complaint to juytery only to receive their standard reply offering £4 refund and another offering £7 etc.
I lodged a complaint with my credit card company and they duly refunded my money.
Shame on juytery and whoever is behind this scam and also shame on Facebook for allowing them to advertise on their site.
I will now take great delight in smashing up their pathetic stool.
BEWARE OF JUYTERY!!!!!!!!!!
Got conned like many others

With postage I had paid £29.98. Pay pal were excellent and refunded my money . Wish this company could be shut down . They must be making money out of so many people.

Foolishly I saw an advertisement for a reclining chair which looked great and ordered it. Should have known it was too good to be true!!! Just received my chair. What a JOKE It's a tiny canvas tripod. How are these companies allowed to keep advertising. Just hope they get what is coming to them , i have e mailed them five times asking for a complete refund or even just supply me what i ordered and paid for. So far they have offered me £4.00 refund what an outfit this is , they should be held to task and avoided at all times , has anyone ever had their money back?
As they always say.....
As they always say, if it looks too good to be true it probably is, and guess what, they're absolutely correct! Got caught in the same scam as many others and didn't exactly get the reclining chair I was expecting.....
Hopefully folk here will take note of these reviews and avoid this cowboy outfit.
Total scam
Total scam, I fell for their ladders offer from a Facebook Advert, spent over £50 don't have the goods and don't have my money. They don't respond to emails. Very cross as I don't have the money to spend elsewhere now. Be warned 98% of reviews are bad, I wish I'd looked before I lept
Juytery are a total scam
Juytery are a total scam I fell for ordering 1 recliner on a order one and get another free what turned up was a small three legged stool not big enough for a cat to sit on. I have email their service address 5 times now with no response at all. That state they will answer emails within 2 days but this has been over weeks now and no reply. No returns address no order number just the package arrived by Hermies sham on them.

What a load of rubbish a big con ordered two reclining garden chairs and and got two stupid little stools about a foot high should never be aloud to trade

If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would. These people are an absolute con. I ordered the sun chairs, buy 1 get one free and the pathetic little stool contraption that they sent is a disgrace and most definitely not what I ordered. Facebook needs to stop these people from advertising. I will never, ever order anything again until I have read the reviews about the company. It is so wrong that they can get away with taking money from people for items you do not receive. Keep away from juytery people.
