All good, fast delivery, perfect item!!

I'm always looking forward to shop with jushop best gadget shop with low prices couldn't ask for more keep up the good wprk:)

I've purchased a number of Justup K9 TV dongles over the last 12 months. I resell them and install them for British Ex-pats in Cyprus. Great product - does what it says. Justop always deliver on time - no problems. Tech support is a bit patchy, but their forum is quite useful.

Order arrived well packed and on time, no hassle.

I was very disappointed with the item.
I paid for the item to have the programmes to watch films and sport.
I paid the price requested on the web site and did not get what I paid for.

It works ok when you figure how to load it up . That is if you can find a Magnifying glass to read the instructions that come with it. If your not good with setting up things without full instructions forget it.. But I must say it is keeping my wife happy watching TV abroad. But you must load a VPN..

Jus tops ...... Well easy ordering system . Speedy service even when sent to Mallorca.

Ordered an Android box off ebay. Delivery was very quick and goods arrived as promised.
After a few days I experienced a few problems.
I e-mailed Justop and received a reply almost imediately with full instructions on what I had to do!

I also asked about other goods and, again, I received an e-mail with all the relevant info.

I have recommended this company to any of my friends and family looking to buy similar goods and advised them to check out his website

I will certainly have no problem buying from them in the future!!!

Device stopped functioning. received no response from email support even after creating a paypal dispute. links on website broken.
Had to find the solution by trawling website blogs - good job I am technically savvy otherwise would have paid £50 for a new paperweight

SHAME I DIDN'T GET SUCH A PROMPT RESPONSE WHEN I COMPLAINED ORIGINALLY - ALTHOUGH THE RESPONSE I DID GET WAS EQUALLY USELESS......

The buying process was smooth and painless however I'm not convinced the item supplied was as advertised. After me sending several emails with no reply I have given up trying to contact Justop.

After buying a Justop Android 4.0 TV box about a year ago and finding it an excellent purchase, I decided to try a Droibox Lite Dual Core 4.2 TV box for another TV.
Oh dear, what a mistake. It regularly seems to get its knickers in a twist, and only removing the power cable and a full restart will fix it - until next time. Also, what happened to the "connect by ethernet" option in "more" data settings??

No instructions. couldn't get to work. When i try to get my money back they ignore emails. Paypal dispute launched. This is the first time I have written a review I am that annoyed with the company. DO NOT DEAL WITH

Website easy to navigate and understand, easy checkout, fast dispatch and great customer service when I needed them they responded and helped within minutes.

Rather than invest in a full smart TV I decided to try the cheap solution first. The system was very easy to set up although the instructions were poor. Connected to home network using power link adaptors and it all works a treat. Having 4 USB ports is an added bonus.

Only downside is ITV player not working but that is an issue with ITV, BBC iPlayer is fine.

The "Droibox" I bought from Justop was affordable, works very well and was dead easy to install and customise. I especially appreciate the "vanilla" product positioning - I am tied to no provider in particular and am fully control of which IPTV services I choose to sign-up for. Installing Apps works very swiftly and without hitch. The only thing I would look out for is the device's WiFi signal sensitivity which definitely could be better. An optional atenna connection or even the posibility of attaching a signal cable back to the router would be worthwhile benefits. Otherwise - brilliant, especially at the price.
