I was only buying a small item
I was only buying a small item, a bulb holder for my van. I had no Internet, so called them to place the order. The phone was answered quickly and a friendly guy was happy to help take my order. Whilst I was on the call, he advised me of the other products and services they offer and I was transferred to their insurance company, so took out a policy with them too. My part arrived the very next day, at each stage of the order process I was updated by email. A very good customer service.... that's sadly missing from most businesses nowadays!
