Fantastic service - and a phone number too!
I sent an email and got a reply late at night (apparently this was an AI response - if so it was very accurate!) On the back of this I then called the next day, spoke to someone really helpful and the parts needed for my works were with me the following day - fantastic service!!

I was stranded in Cornwall,200 miles from home. The part i needed was ordered on Sunday and arrived midday Wednesday. Repair done continued three week trip. Used JK since mid 90s and will continue to use. Communication always very good.
