The service works okay but its insistence on trying to add a 'tip' at a ridiculous level is really annoying. It also takes a 25% cut of 20% tax reclaim.

Trek 26 4th July 26
Hi, I would like to say that the Trek 26 walk was such a wonderful experience, to see those beautiful views from the mountainous terrain will stay with me forever.
I was challenged by the walk as my toes were so sore when I was going down steep hills and steps. I was delighted with the money I raised, as my mother in law suffers from this awful condition, I hope there is some sort of cure sooner rather than later.
Once again thank you for the opportunity to take part in a fabulous day.

A Great Experience
I never thought about using JustGiving until a friend suggested it to me. And I'm so glad that she did, as it helped me to raise the funds I needed to make it possible for me to pay for the charity art exhibition that I've been putting off for years.
It's been a great experience and I can't recommend JustGiving highly enough.

Highly recommend just giving system
Easy system to get set up; nice to receive emails when someone donates; would have liked less reminders to contact my known persons/friends; preferred to keep in touch with others at my own pace, I knew the deadlines. Appreciated have all my sponsors money in one place. Thank you

It was difficult to initially set up
It was difficult to initially set up. Very slow and the charity administrator that I eventually had to consult also had problems.
Once set up it worked fine.

My experience using Just Giving for the first time was initially somewhat challenging ( being 73 ). However, once I became more familiar with the operating system things became much easier. Would prefer to be measured against just the fundraisers on the specific Charity event rather than your total activities
