I had experienced a cancelation from another company and within hours my request was made and delivered. My step mother was delighted with the arrangement and ya'll got me out of a bit of a jam. Thank you!!

Ordered with a banner and flowers showed up without it. Flower colors were almost the same. Wanted the dark blue since the flowers showed red,white and blue and were for a service member. Blue flowers arrived in a light blue shade.

Stay away! Ordered sympathy basket with blooms, greenery, etc. for my sister, on death of her husband. What was delivered was a potted plant. No blooms, just a snake plant type thing. Called service, they said they had right to substitute if what I had ordered wasn't available at that city. Refused to re-deliver something more appropriate, gave us back $15 on a $106. Do a Google search on their reviews. Wish I had.

I appreciate the delivery of flowers to a brother in law,in a busy time. I was a little disappointed that the bouquet I chose wasn't available. But the other bouquet as substitute worked out. I didn't have the phone number of the person receiving the flowers, but, luckily they were still delivered!

Beautiful fresh flowers. On time delivery. The arrangement was huge and has lasted a long time.

This florist responded positively when others turn away at delivering to a remote location. The flowers were fresh and arranged as depicted on the website.

I ordered some flowers for my sister to be delivered to Burke Health. I asked her later if she liked her flowers and she said that she did not get any flowers. Asked her what time she discharged and she said close to 5 pm.
Just flowers said they were unable to deliver the flowers because the patient discharged at 2pm. THe biggest lie EVER- I guess they forgot that the discharge paper is time stamped. THen if this wasnt enough, I told them to cancel the order because she does not live near the hospital and they had the audacity to tell me they will refund my money minus $30 because the flower shop made the bouquet already. ANd all their pathetic customer service and supervisor kept saying is sorry but they are still taking my $ 30. Stay away from them!!!!!!!!

The flowers arrived within the 4-hour window (express delivery selected) and were very pretty. They did have to make a couple of substitutions, which I was notified of by e-mail, including the color of the vase. But the overall blue & white color scheme remained and the bouquet got lots of admiration!

Flowers for my wife’s birthday were delivered on time. Flowers were correct and fresh. Vase / decor was very nice.

The flowers got there on time.I do appreciate that, because I could not make it. I did not get any response back on the presentation. So I cannot comment.

I got the flowers for my sister for her birthday, however I paid 15 dollars for some candy that she never received, was very disappointed but otherwise the flowers were beautiful
