Worst casino I've ever used, hands down. And I have played on a lot of online casinos. I may have won my first day on this site but multiple deposits and no withdrawals. They keep saying wins are random chance. Apparently losing is a sure thing though. This is just my honest experience that I felt I should share. In fairness my deposits aren't big. I just can't bring myself to deposit a significant amount since I lose whatever I deposit.

Site works and you can play games but as soon as you try and win they decline your withdrawal claiming you bet more than the bonus terms allowed. Most sites won’t let you get over that amount. This one lets you and then they say no when you win.

For example: received 100% match bonus. Deposited and play forever because the play through is usually lots. Eventually the bets started raising because I can’t gamble this forever. I got lucky and won $3k. So I withdraw and wait a full week while it’s pending. Keep in mind Iam already fully verified on my account. I then look one day and my withdrawal was “rejected” and there was my original $100 deposit sitting in my account. So I went to the chat bot to ask why it was declined. Waited 45 minutes for the person to answer just to say I needed to verify my account then it closed the chat. I thought this was weird so I re opened another chat explaining I was already verified then they told me that I had to re verify all that. So I went through the process again and they said “you can now withdraw funds” I said okay well where is my $3k so I can take it out. That’s when they told me I violated terms by betting too much with a bonus active and that it was already removed so too bad.

The crazy part is as a gambler it is well known that the site more than likely makes more money off you than that $3k would be and they choose to mess around and not pay.

To summarize: justcasino does not have fast payments, they have terrible customer service and wait times and are extremely misleading with their match bonuses.

In a world of multiple online casinos just use the trusted well known ones
