Absolutely terrible company and terrible service. Wouldn't touch them if you want to buy two toned weapons as they paint over the optics, don't tell you what paint they use to remove it.

They then told me that it voids the warranty if I open the gun to maintain it or try and remove the paint even though they opened it themselves to paint it.

When you're doing a service you need to legally have "Reasonable Care and Skill" and taking an extra 2 minutes to remove the optics before painting isn't taking care and skill, they're the only company that do this.

Go to PatrolBase or another reseller if you're wanting a quality service.

I have tried to return a faulty gun, and have found it so difficult, Have had to contact trading standards and Ombudsman, as quite simply they make it hard so you give up, but I won't. DO NOT WASTE MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, LOOK AT REVIEWS ON OTHER SITES.

I'm very sorry that I ordered from justbbguns. I thought they looked good from their website but I can't recommend them. They sent me someone else's order by mistake. No matter what I do they won't sort out it out or refund me. I didn't think a business that doesn't send the order and then doesn't refund existed in the UK anymore. A very upsetting and surprising experience. I'm now forced to talk to my bank. What a hassle.

I received an HG-192 Airsoft pistol. It had 2 faults which were repaired. After dealing with Mike and Vince they sent me a replacement. They were very professional and pleasant at all times to deal with I have bought 2 guns to date from them and will continue to do so.

If you want cheap plastic rubish thats faulty when sent to you and the customer service don't get back to you.

Ordered a bb gun for my sons birthday. It came (27th septrmber) in what I thought was secure packaging so I didn't open to check it. Son opened it on his birthday after recieving it (11th october) and a part of the gun is lying broken in the box. After contacting them they tell me I had 7 days to report this yet I didn't open it as I put my faith in the company, buying a brand new item I expect to recieve it in brand new condition. Told me basically they wouldn't do anything about it. If you check their website they actually state they take returns on broken items up to 6 months after purchase which I screenshotted and sent back to them looking for a solution to which they are now ignoring my emails. I mean I don't even want a return I only want the broke part replaced!! This company have until tomorrow to reply to me or I am taking this further!!

This was after I didn't recieve the pistol case I also ordered and the company wanted picture proof of packaging and everything, who keeps the packaging once they open a parcel?!

Also items got delivered and had an absolute horrible dusky, damp smell to them!!

The staffs are very helpful and they response quickly. They solved my replacement request in only a few hours. It is the third time a bought BB gas from Just BB Guns. My sons and me were very happy about the quality of the guns and services.

Ordered one of their cheap airport guns and unfortunately when I got it there was a problem with the gun. It wouldn’t fire. However support was top notch and they sorted a new one to be sent out and the old to be collected. Problems happen some times unfortunately but Justbbs response and response time was excellent. Thanks to all the guys I dealt with

Appalling company. Bought a full metal Airsoft gun. Arrived broken, company would not allow me to return for an inspection as per their own terms and conditions. Said it was user error, clear manufacturing fault. Denied me my statutory rights. Avoid this company at all costs!

Super quick and extremely efficient. Small issue with our order but dealt with within a few hours and replacement sent free of charge. Highly recommend. A+++

Terrible company, lowest quality guns at top prices, and if you have a problem ( which you will) they are not interested in helping..they put all malfunctions down to "fare wear and tear " even though I'd shot just 1 mag of 14 BBs the barrel retainer broke..rather than just send another retainer, they mess me me about..I then looked at other reviews, then I saw..many other people have had the same experience.. best AVOID justbbguns...I wish I had 😔

Just as a warning to any others that do want to buy from here, CHECK THE REFUND GUIDELINE CAREFULLY. It's framed in a way where you cant get a refund unless if you never opened it and that's only within 7 days.

THEY WONT REFUND YOU if you open the box, VERY SLEEZY COMPANY & Lack luster customer support.
DO BE PREPARED to ask a question 3 times before you get a vague response and or no response at all.

I rarely leave reviews but only writing this so others don’t make the same mistake I did. So join me on this brief journey dealing with a comical company that goes under the name ‘Just BB Guns’ or ‘Just The Worst Company Ever’ as I’ve since renamed them.

I purchased an air soft pistol which broke within 2 weeks of receiving it (the barrel cracked). Assuming this company would have the same customer service/returns policies as most other retailers in the universe (spoiler alert - they don’t) I emailed them to let them know.

They immediately said it was down to wear and tear/user error. Which as you can imagine was laughable after having it for such a short time.

After making many polite enquiries to resolve this, it was clear they weren’t prepared to exchange the product whatsoever (a refund was obviously well out of the question, but I was only after a replacement anyway) or find me any type of solution.

The final exchange from them was a classic (and I quote):

‘the "faulty design/product" is not applicable as the product we sell are all in accordance to uk regs. as we have mentioned this is coming under wear and tear it was working at the time of sale and fit for purpose and due to prolonged use the item has now become worn and some components may be affected’

After considering replying once again just to correct their grammar, I couldn’t stop laughing at what a sorry state this place must be at this point. Again, I had this product for 2 weeks and was hardly shooting beer cans 24/7 (but what a life that would be!).

They basically sell cheap products that break easily and won’t support any issues. Once you’ve paid for it, you’re on your own and it’s all at your own risk. If only I’d read all the other similar experiences to me before I’d bought through them. I’m now completely out of pocket as many others have been too.

Don’t make the same mistake I did!
