Great customer service.
Although managing the website was not intuitive, I was able to have whisky shipped to the state of Idaho instead of my home state of Washington. The team helped me with issues and although expensive to ship, it arrived quickly! Thank you for the help after winning two bottles during your auction.

Great experience overall. Website could be improved to allow smarter searches but it all generally works. Packaging was very well dine and receipt clearly listed purchases and charges.

Whisky not Risky
I am new to the world of Whisky and at this point i need to point out I don't drink Whisky - I started collecting about 7 months ago as money in the bank is basically dead in the water and making very little interest, I have bought a few bottles from Just Whisky in the last 7 months and feel i have done pretty good, i do my research up front and set my limits, the choice Just Whisky provide is excellent, the website is again excellent and customer service has been very fast and always very helpful, I am looking forward to buying more from Just Whisky in 2020.
