I attended Just Trainings premises at South Wigston, Leicestershire to complete a 2 day Aspiring Leadership Course in June 2025. In two days we covered a lot of content, but all of it was explained really well by Andrea who delivered the course, and it was delivered in a very engaging way. There were lots of practical activities to complete, working in groups and pairs, and lots of additional handouts to use back in the workplace. The course was about £350 I think (my company paid) and was far better and far more useful than previous course I had been on that was a lot more money. This really does teach you what you really need to know to manage people in your team without it being full of woolly nonsense. Premises were lovely, nice buffet lunch provided and a relaxing breakout room. I Highly Recommend

I recently completed two CPC modules with Dave at Just Training, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dave's deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject matter were evident throughout each session. He excelled in making complex topics both accessible and engaging, ensuring that everyone in the group could follow along and contribute meaningfully. His interactive approach not only enhanced our learning but also encouraged a high level of group involvement, making the training both educational and enjoyable. Excellent course, was kept interesting and good humoured throughout. I would recommend people to come to you for their CPC course and I would do mine with you in the future.
All tutors were excellent and being that it was the first time any of you and the trainees had done "virtual" training it was an amazing experience. Thank you all for keeping me interested and not sending me to sleep LOL.

The Just Training course is easily the best course i've attended. The tutors there have a fantastic ability to get your attention and hold it throughout the course. Believe me, i've been on one where most of the class were nodding off because the tutor didn't know how to keep the class interested. I would recommend these people to train a pet chimp knowing they'd get a result. So, thank you once again all at Just Training, it was a fantastic experience.

As much as I hate CPC course! Out off the 10 I had done this was by far the most interesting factual and the best put together course I've done! It was the first time I had been to just train and now it will be the only place I go! As well as a 10 out of 10 for the instructor for the day I also give 10 out of 10 for the facilities.

Andrea and the Team at Just Training are highly professional and from the initial call to the delivery of the course for my technical manager carrying out Level 3 Award in Education and Training it was seamless.
The feedback I have had has been so positive I would have no problem in recommending Just Training.

I can be critical of operations, not in a bad way but with view to improvements and sort of thing. Today I atteneded a first aid course and I simply could not fault the day at all.
No guessing where to park or go, no, it's all signposted, so I don't get lost and don't arrive late.
Lovely venue, well lit, toasty warm, nice furniture, comfy chairs, and spotlessly clean. Fresh coffee and a nice warm welcome from our instructor Michelle.
The course was well prepared, Michelle, clearly very enthusiatic about the subject, was entertaining in her delivery and made learning a breeze. I learned so much, frankly I was dissapointed when I had to go home.

Just completed First Aid at Work training course. The trainer (Nikki) was very professional and knowledgeable with great attention to detail whilst keeping it light and entertaining.

The facilities and hospitality were first class and very welcoming. Without doubt I achieved my objectives for the day and this confirms Just Training as my businesses preferred first aid training provider.

LEVEL 3 EDUCATION AND TEACHING:
Andrea and the team are highly skilled and experienced trainers.
The course was difficult but Michelle and Andrea made it so easy to understand. I will be using just training for other training i wish to do.
Just wish i,d come across just training before i,d done my freight cpc and train the trainer course.
Would highly recommend just training to anyone. ++++++++++++

I have just completed a 3 day First Aid At Work course.
I really enjoyed the three days, very informative and thorough with great practical sessions.
The instructors were very helpful and were very enthusiastic about first aid.

Last week I wrote a review about Just Training and said what a load of money grabbers they were after falling ill with Sepsis and not being able to attend last Saturday as I was told I would have to pay again to take the course again by the receptionist who is quite new to the job
I NOW TAKE ALL OF THAT BACK as Andrea replied to my gripe very quickly and after speaking to her today I have been allowed to attend this Saturday with no extra charge
I would just like to thank Andrea for this now I am well enough to attend

Very informative courses and for the most part professionally taught. I always think that if you can take just one new thing away from these courses it was worth while attending so having several new items over the four sessions I would recommend Just Training for future use!

The trainers arrived at the time arranged and had very good subject matter knowledge. The course was enjoyed by the staff taking part in the training.

The training was very engaging and I learnt a lot. Andrea was excellent and a fabulous example of how to deliver great training.

Really enjoyed the two-day course.

If you want a fun, entertaining and interesting CPC training call these guys. Yes I thought it would be a boring 35 hours of my life I would never get back, but to my surprise I and others found it fun, entertaining and interesting. Their trainers were first class and are a credit to the owner of Just Training Andrea.

Just want to say a big thank you to Andrea and her team for a great week.

P.S When they say a Jaupt adjudicator could call in at any time its true as we had one just walk in to do a check.
