Restaurant was closed
Ordered from a restaurant then found out that it was closed waited 5 hours for the meal because there is no option to cancel the order. Then there is no option on the app to get a receipt (unlike uber eats) so had to drive to the restaurant to get the receipt. Uber eats is much better service. The food was good though

I ordered food , I wasn’t received the order.I checked the app show me as already delivered. Straight away I called the restaurant they told me , don’t worry you order still waiting the driver. I was waiting like a hour and call them again. restaurant told me that they can’t do nothing about it just to contact the best company JUSTEAT. When I tried to report the issue wasn’t any option to report as a missing that’s why I reported as everything else what was in the options. The answer me that they will not return me the money,they don’t care if I eat or not … they stole my money and that’s it. Worse service, worse company , worse driver and employees. I prefer Delivaroo they always look after the customers !

Update 23.12.24: they sent me the money back, so all sorted, thank you!

They have a problem with Twint payments. They used to work great, but now when returning to the app after the payment, the order is not processed, although the charge of the order is been made. For the last 2 orders, they charged me twice, I contacted them but no one is replying, so unless they get back to me in the next few days, I will proceed to delete the app, disrecommend it to everyone in my network, and check legally how to sue them for fraudulent charges.

There website auto fills postcode make sure you check it before ordering. My order was delivered to wrong address and they won't refund me even though they suppose to ask for proof of purchase either by code or last 4 digits of your mobile number. Be aware

Shocking Customer service
I ordered food and it was a 2 and a half hour wait, then when it came it was ice cold (I know this is not just eats issues) but when i raised this with just eat as a complaint their customer service team was NO help i order 4 meals and all them where cold and just eat where not willing to help or listen to my complaint. i am going to use other services in the future

I ordered from just eat and it was not delivered.Got in touch with just eat they said that door no was not with the address but I looked up order and door no was on order as well as road.But still will not refund so I feel that they have taken my money under false pretences and someone else is enjoying my £26.55 meal.They also said on the chat that they were going to end chat everything I tried to explained which I thought was very rude.
