Very unprofessional company. The lady in the phone is super arrogant.

They are trying to collect money from me based on an invoice from a scammer. I already paid for my invoices long ago and Juristu and the company are trying to take money from me twice!!! On top of that they want high collection fees.

I asked them based on what evidence they are charging me so much money!! I even shared my proof of payments and the lady promised me to close the case. However, I am still receiving reminders and threats from them to pay. Basically two scammers helping each other in scamming innocent people.

I would rather invest my money on a lawyer who will file case against Juristu and that fraud company instead of paying these scammers. I do not understand, how come they are even allowed to do business in Netherlands!

Having called several agencies trying to get hep, this was the only one who took the time to talk to us and had the knowledge to actually help us. Melanie was fantastic. She is very knowledgable and she took the time to answer our questions. She spoke fluent English and saved our day.

the debtor has already paid juristu within the first 10 days, then I had to wait 31 days before I would receive my invoice. in addition I had to give juristu another 10 percent of my invoice. on the day of payment I called juristu several times and asked to pay my invoice properly because I had read several bad reviews on google. the lady from juristu indicated that they would pay the payment at the end of the day, which has not happened to date. I do not think this is fair to the customer because i already call and told them that I need the money today. I will not continue my outstanding invoices with this company in the future.

They 'started' 3 months ago. Literally havent done anything. To me its just a scamsite. They dont communicate at all i have no idea if they are actually doing anything. They responded once to my emails which is a complete joke for a 'servicecompany' they just collect the money. Nice businessstrategy. Its a disgrace. I paid a lot of money to collect a debt but this is once in a lifetime i am going to a lawyer next time to collect the debt. And the no cure no pay omg please dont make me laugh. I paid thousands of euros and all i get is frustration knowing that money is gone and i still got to find a debtcollecter to collect the debt! If you wanne lose a bunch of money please contact these people they know what to do! Its a disgrace. PS dont contact me to remove this review the people will hear how you guys do 'business'.

The company is very professional. They provide very good service.
After conversation they took correct & quick actions. They explains everything very clearly. I will recommend them gladly.

They advertise with no cure no pay. But either way there is a cure. For example when the debitor pays the invoice directly. They claim the legal costs at the company hiring.
If the debitor pays via Juristu’s invoice the debitor pays the legal fee to juristu. Very strange way to advertise, if there is always a “cure”.

What does when we succeed with collecting these costs too we will pay them to you? You will STILL try to collect the costs from debtor, although they didn't use your invoice but mine? And refund this too me?

I have been trying to get my money back from these swindlers since januari 2021. I recently engaged the assistance of the Juridisch Loket who called them up directly, twice!, they promised to call back and provide an explanation of the status of my claim. On both occasions nothing happened, couldn't even get through anyone who we could discuss with. I am owed money which they have refused to pay back and even did not bother to claim from the party that they are supposed to act against. It is not a question of incompetence, but actually they are simply swindlers! What I noticed they also do is if they receive a bad review on a website somewhere, they actively try to erase that review by any means possible so as to not lower their overal score. All their positive reviews are fake; you can see that some of the people who have provided high positive reviews appear frequently on other sites as well as their own site. These people are cheats, swindlers, they owe me money and are refusing to pay back. Take your case and your money elsewhere, I can promise you, you will be better off and you will not regret it

They really take care of your case end-to-end and give you proper explanation on how things are being conducted.
