Ordered a watch, told it was on order from Tissot and would be two weeks. After over three months of being told it's on its way, and it should be here soon, it became apparent that the watch would never turn up. Was told different things by different customer service reps. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. If the watch is not in stock do not use this company. At least I got my money back.

I recently purchased a Garmin fenix 8 -47mm from Jura watches.
Watch arrived on time and was also very well packaged to protect the watch.
Will certainly be purchasing again from Jura watches. Great experience 5star!!

The watch was well packaged, properly sized and all spare links included.

You`d be better off buying a luxury watch from Greggs than CW Sellors or Jura. Shabby dishonest family run company with zero respect for customers. Sent me a £3500 watch in January knowing full well that it was damaged. Took me 5 months to get them to accept that what they actually sent me was a 2nd hand item.
Very suspicious of these dubious 5 star reviews that speak glowingly of these 2 companies. Any buyer considering a luxury purchase take heed of the 1 star reviews - these I believe are a more accurate reflection of customer experiences.
Word of caution - if you are accepting an item of value through the post, always film the complete sequence from opening the package through to recording the initial examination of the item. Protect yourself, you shouldn`t reasonably be expected to do this (but you are not dealing with what I believe to be an honest company) I learnt the hard way, they do send out damaged or 2nd items & pass them off as "pristine" & (Ashbourne`s QC Manager) will aggressively deny any responsibility or fault.
Lesson learnt & shared.
EDIT 07.11.25
- Just so we are absolutely clear. The facts are clear & as follows - readers can make their own minds up.
1. Upon your refusal to offer a refund I asked you for proof of your wear & tear claim. You sent me Juras own pre-despatch photographs. You mustn`t have looked at them because they showed wear & tear to which you had referred to. Clearly Jura knew about the damage prior to despatch which looking through reviews is the most likely answer. Alternatively your QC dept had n`t correctly examined the product prior to sending it. Either answer is shocking & should raise red flags to any potential buyer.
2.I never reported an issue with the watch as I wasn`t aware there was one. I returned the watch because it wasn`t suitable. Your QC dept. miraculously detected damage to the bezel after it was returned to you, Very odd that the same QC dept failed to spot the same damage prior to its despatch to me. Strange indeed.
3. You disputed the return with the finance company Novuna for a further 4 months even when they presented you with your own photographs.
4. Tellingly, I rec`d an e-mail from you via Novuna which & I quote exactly "the piece was returned with more damage that when it was sent out"! Lie upon lie.
5. In the same e-mail you offered to polish the bezel & return it to me - but that it would cost me £135.00.
Staggering in itself but also surprising as you had claimed for 5 months previously that the watch was "pristine, brand new".
Jura staff were fully aware that the watch was damaged before it was sent to me. Once it leaves them & arrives with the unsuspecting customer you are entirely in their hands.
I got a refund but not without a fight. They seem to adopt a dismissive, blame shifting posture relating to complaints, along deny & deflect lines. Nothing is ever their fault. But facts are facts. Photos don`t lie. Jura/CW sellors do. It was an entirely unnecessary drawn out process to achieve a refund despite all the evidence. I never got an acknowledgment that this issue wasn`t mine nor did I ever receive an apology.
Looking at posts my experience is not the exception.
Buyer be very aware.

Order a watch online which was over £1,200. Watch arrived in a "Jura box" and not an official Longines one. Was never informed of this, so called up and was told there was an issue with the box on inspection and have ordered another one and will send out in a couple of weeks. Fast forward 3 months, several emails and still being fobbed off and no official box sent.
Makes me think was this watch new or have they sent a second hand one which never had a box.

Overall experience was good and I was updated by customer services along the way. There was a long delay from ordering to receiving my Mondaine clock but this was due to Mondaine not having any stock. Once in stock delivery was swift and my item was very well packaged.

This is not the first time I have used Jura, it’s so easy, nice people to deal with, and in my opinion a quality service. I will be back!

Customer service is excellent too.

Given a brilliant price on a watch. Unfortunately it was out of stock but given option of refund or wait a couple of weeks. Decided to wait and was kept informed of progress.
Well worth it as the U Boat was the perfect gift for my son

What an odd experience. Placed my order over a month ago, then despite calling once, emailing couple of times, heard nothing about the order. If you are going to risk an order with this business only use a credit card because of the extra protection you get with a credit card vs a debit card

My watch was delivered by royal mail and left in a bin despite me being home. No card was left. I fortunately noticed the package in the wheelie bin when I was putting the kitchen bin out.
I wasn't happy with the display on the watch I'd bought (it looked ok from an angle but faded out when looking at it straight on), so I decided to return it.
I notified the seller within 13 days of delivery, requesting a return and refund. I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the display. They acknowledged my return request and rather than risk it getting lost or damaged by royal mail, I dropped it off at their Bakewell store 6 days later. A member of staff opened it and inspected it and confirmed it was in brand new condition. The staff in-store explained that they would send it off the next day and I should get my refund in a few days time.
A few days went by and I received an email saying that they would not give me a cash refund, on the basis that I had used a 15% discount code and returned the watch more than 14 days after delivery.
Regarding distance selling regulations, Citizens Advice Bureaux states:
'You need to tell the seller you don’t want the item within 14 days of receiving it. Once you’ve told the seller, you’ve got another 14 days to actually send the item back.'
Section 35(4) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 states:
'The consumer must send off the goods under paragraph (2)(a), or hand them over under paragraph (2)(b), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which the consumer informs the trader as required by regulation 32(2).'
I am pursuing the matter with Citizens Advice now and if I don't get anywhere, I will approach trading standards and consider using the small claims court.
I do not take kindly to companies who think they can make up their own policies which supersede consumers' statutory rights.

I ordered a watch back in June, it’s October and I still don’t have it. They ignore me emails and never call me back when they say they’ll do it. Worst company I dealt with, for a family ran business their customer service is awful.

Reply from Jura Watches
Company is clearly suffering cash flow issues as is selling stock they don't have and are unable to give confirmation of when you will receive the item once you have made payment, despite the stock being readily available for the consumer to purchase directly from the manufacturer. Perhaps also suffering from complete incompetence.
Fortunately I paid for the item through PayPal who put a temporary authorisation on my account which was cancelled after 30 days when they didn't fulfil the order. Complete waste of my time and meant I had no funds or item for the period which I could have used to make the purchase elsewhere.
Take your business elsewhere if you don't want to risk never getting the item you purchased or waiting months for it. Don't let them try to further delay with the line that you got a good deal.
