Received disgusting treatment from Junghanswolle. If I could give negative stars I would. I placed an order for over 100 with free shipping (offered for orders over 80CHF). A little over a week after I received my order, I get an email saying that I owe money for shipping. Spoke to customer service, was told I would get an email about our call and never did. I instead received more emails demanding payment; I said it has to be an error, many of my emails were ignored. I get a response saying “Invoice 49677349 dated December 23, 2025 amounted to CHF 113.45 (value of goods and
shipping costs). Unfortunately, we are unable to tell you why only the value of the goods was deducted from your Twint payment.” My invoice was 107.50, which I paid immediately. After many more ignored emails, letter sent to my house, customer service calls where they hung up on me; they say “please excuse our error” I had been telling them it was an error for weeks. My second order from them, and never again.
