Booked largest bouncy castle on the website plus a disco dome and some gyro cycles May 2nd with at least 6 e-mails confirming .Night before the party phone call from the company asking what we had booked?? Told the company all the above,firstly they said there was no booking! after more conversation they said sorry the largest castle is booked out all weekend! They offered a smaller castle as a replacement-along with the disco dome and gyrocycles.Agreed on this.When we arrived at party venue the company had set up a small castle and left! No disco dome either ! phoned the company again" -oh well its too late to bring it now" Damn right 2 minutes before start of the party! absolutely disgusted by the service ! They did offer the smaller castle free of charge after their cock -up -But not really acceptable nearly ruining a 5 year olds birthday party ! firstly to basically be called liars,even with an e-mail chain-then to be told another story that they must have forgot!! surely this is no way to run a business..Will not be recommending this company
