"At Jump Fahrschule Hermanstrasse

"At Jump Fahrschule, what should have been a straightforward path to getting my driver’s license turned into a nightmare of stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion."

I want to share my experience with this driving school to help others avoid the same situation.

I was initially given 10 driving lessons (Fahrstunden), but 8 of them were repeatedly rescheduled over the course of a month. Even the rescheduled classes were often cancelled at the last minute—without proper notice or explanation.

I failed the practice test three times. Each time, the school pressured me by saying that unless I took extra lessons, they wouldn’t give me a practical test appointment. The earliest available dates for these extra lessons were over three months away. When I told them I couldn’t wait that long, they gave me an ultimatum: either take the extra classes or leave the school.

To make things worse, the staff's behavior was completely unprofessional. They ignored my messages, even when I was asking important questions about my driving license process. There was no support, no communication, and no respect.

This experience left me feeling mentally drained and deeply frustrated. I’m sharing my story not to complain, but to raise awareness and protect other students from going through the same mental burden. Choose your driving school wisely—don’t let what happened to me happen to you.
