I had an experience with Julius Baer. I wanted to take out some money from my account.. They would not give it to me. They said my money was frozen. I had to call them a lot of times. I made over 40 phone calls to Julius Baer. I also sent them 15 emails. They kept telling me lies. This went on for three months. Julius Baer said they were doing audits. They said they were having some compliance delays. They even said they were doing system upgrades. I do not believe them. I am very upset with Julius Baer.
