My goods arrived very quickly. They were very high quality . Unfortunately, my fault, I hadn't realised that green colour with white damask pattern would look more grey than green. So had to return goods. To my amazement the arrangements were quick and easy and I was fully refunded
. I wasted this firm's time but I am definitely re purchasing in the right colour.

Customer Service team were very helpful…
Customer Service team were very helpful when there were delivery problems. For some unknown reason Evri decided it was too large to be delivered (it was a pillow)and said they were returning it. After a week there were no updates from Evri and so I emailed Julian Charles. Chloe from the team got onto it and my new pillow arrived 24 hours later. I’m very pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a memory foam pillow.
