We saw a relative's outdoor furniture from Julia Jones and ordered some for our own garden. The range of colour choice is fantastic! Julia Jones' staff were very helpful and informative. They kept us in the loop about import dates from Italy and delivery times which suited us. More importantly we are thrilled with the way the all weather furniture tempts us to relax outdoors and enjoy our garden together and with friends.

Absolute top quality service nothing was too much trouble. Larger leather colour sample was ordered direct from the manufacturer and quickly delivered to ensure we would be totally happy with the colour. Excellent delivery service also.

After much searching for a new swivel recliner chair I found the Julia Jones website. There I soon spotted the perfect chair for me. Not only with swivel and recliner capability but also the option of battery power, perfect for my room as there was no electricity socket near where the chair would sit. The seat of the chair is a good height, helpful for my arthritic knees. Must admit it took me a few hours to decide on the fabric I wanted form the vast selection available.
Excited to place my order, I was filled with confidence through the prompt and friendly communication.
My chair looks beautiful and is wonderfully comfortable!

What an incredible service from the word go. Helpful when deciding on fabric by sending be samples, then great at virtual design and helping on the decision of how to configure my sofas. Delivery and installation brilliant too. My new sofas are such a great talking point, but most of all, comfortable and stylish. 100% recommended..

The chair looks very good but due to the function it is not what we wanted as the foot rest does not work independently from the recliner function. Our fault we should not have assumed that this was the case. Also would it be an idea to make this quite clear in your sales pitch
