ordered a radiator on line and paid in full then a few hours later got a call to say they dont have in stock . but could possibly get me one for more money !.
no thanks . now I have to wait to get my money refunded . Not a great service

Unfortunately, the radiator in question is not a product we sell frequently, and its pricing had not been updated in line with recent cost changes, an oversight on our behalf. Additionally, we had none in stock at the time of your order.
As we explained over the phone, we would have processed your order if it had been possible. As requested, we refunded your order within minutes after speaking with you, just an hour after the order was placed.

Look Elsewhere for Reliability!
Two stars for excellent appearance of goods, nil stars for reliability!!
Over the years my two experiences are that these products are unreliable. Poundland products provide superior reliability, in comparison to Juice products which parade them as luxury goods at bench mark prices that provide 1 to 2 week reliability!
A terrible company as far as chargers are concerned!
I wasn't in the least surprised to read :
