We recently used Lottie from James Miller for our Mortgage and relevant insurance policies. As first time buyers this whole process was very overwhelming and daunting, Lottie made it easy and completely stress free. She was so knowledgeable and was able to advise us on all our viable options and recommend the one most fitting to us. We’ve come away with policies we are over the moon with and the process was seamless, all thanks to Lottie! James at James Miller & Associates is the best person you can have helping you! My Husband and I were up for a mortgage renewal and James has always been amazing. Even more so this time round as it was a bit more complicated. We are part way through an extension build and my Husband is overseas uncontactable. I never deal with this side of our finances but James kept me relaxed with constant contact and advice. He has helped me negotiate my way through the entire process and it was a breeze! I have always used James miller for all my mortgage needs. Just sorted us out with a great deal and it may of taken a couple attempts with houses fallen through but Tom and James pushed on and give us confidence on pushing forward.
