Money stolen and no service provided. Small claims being pursued.
Awful company to deal with.
Faulty items and they expect you to send it back for repair and at your expense.
Best to avoid doing business with them and I would personally go elsewhere!
I bought a high quality ABB Consumer unit from them but after two weeks I got Chinese S.... worth half the price of an ABB product. I wrote them an e-mail, they called back, surprised, asked if it was a problem, after all, it is of similar size. Now I am in the process of returning the case, but I have not yet received the refund. They wasted three weeks of my time I had to turn down an electrician. In short, a disaster and lots of trouble. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Bought a LED connector plug off them, it stopped working after 6 days. Contacted them by email, they got back to me, they would send me another, could I send them the purchase details, did that.
Then they wanted more details, did that, then they wanted some photos, did that. Then even more photos etc. Finally they said , that it must have let water in, absolute garbage, instructions followed to the letter and more.
12 emails I have sent them for a £7 piece of kit.
The outcome was for me to buy another connector plug, I will, but not off them!!!!
You have been warned
Ordered a thermometer for my baby and it says 3/5 working days. 3 weeks later still no delivery I emailed them to be told they made the error of not putting my address on the envelope so it had been returned back to them and they were not willing to resend it out. Absolutely joke and the customer service from them was disgusting emailing me as if they was speaking to a friend
