The Jsaux team is top-notch. Not only did they rapidly send me a replacement unit when my Steam Deck dock started having issues, but when I had an issue with the replacement unit that they sent, they sent me another one that's Workign great! Most companies would've told me to kick rocks after the first replacement unit was sent out. They have made me a loyal customer for life!

Got a Nintendo switch 2 grip case, after one month one of the grips broke, reached out to support and they immediately offered to send a new replacement for both grips. Great customer support!

I bought a steam deck case from JSAUX on Amazon, which was great. The kickstand on it came loose, which I dealt with for a while, but ended up reaching out to support to see if I could tighten it or fix it another way.

They sent me a brand new one, no questions asked. When it arrive it was easy to put on as well. They even reached back out to make sure I received it.

Immediately responded to my query and sent a replacement within days. Excellent Service.

Got the Modcase for the Steam Deck. Unfortunately the kickstand broke, but they sent a replacement! The first replacement they sent got stolen from my mailbox, and so they sent another one. It seems they really want to take care of their customers.

Have bought many JSAUX products, all of great quality! Recently bought a 2-pack of screen protectors and one arrived cracked, JSAUX was quick to respond when I reached out to them about it and send a replacement.

I loved the case I got from them. A few months after purchase they made a revision. I wanted to see if I could buy the little add-ons they made separate and they sent them to me on the house. This was amazing customer service!!

I have really enjoyed all of my Jsaux products I own including my Mod case and carrying case for the steam deck. I also buy all my cords from them as well. I recently had my mod case kickstand break, but their customer service and responded quickly and agreed to send me a new one. Very impressed with their customer service. I totally recommend this company!

Recently got the ModCase (and other accessories) for my steamdeck and it has been my favorite case I've owned so far! I love all the features it has. Had an issue with the kickstand breaking and they immediately offered to replace my case. Customer service was user friendly and very quick. The kept me updated on my original order. Yes it was on back order in June. But well received. Just recent had the split case switch 2 joy on cover break. Didn’t drop, smash or anything like that.
