I had a share scheme with this company and was given incorrect advise resulting in huge financial loss. I wouldn't trust these teams with anything. And it doesn't seem that I'm alone!

I recently changed my bank to WISE

I recently changed my bank to WISE, and J.P. Morgan is clearing bank for WISE, and here's my warning:
My address is a c/o address of a Hotel in Kenya, clearly stated on my invoices.

Never the less, the bank believes I am "part of the hotels ownership" and demands to know my shareholder capital, list of shareholders, etc.

I am flabbergasted how they dont seem to understand the meaning of a c/o address, but even worse, they are just holding the money, not even returning them to my clients, even though my clients are confirming that the invoices are fine, and that they are not dealing with the hotel, and confirming it's only part of my address.

Because of the banks incompentece, its creating uncertainty and is putting my business at risk due to payments being held by this so-called bank, not for days, or weeks, but months!!

If your money is dear to you, stay away from this bank.

Lost in a bundle with Goldmann Sachs in their JP Morgan funds more than 400.000 €. The bank sales person did not help me when they stopped replying and also this fund did disappear in the abyss.
A lawyer could not help me anymore and the bank that sold that "advice" was in the news for it as a huge scandals. The trust you did destroy will never be repaired ! Never !

I have been sending money to Wise via GP Morgan for years. It's a very good app that sends money to all countries, including Thailand, via England, at the current daily rate. This time I sent 1,000 francs to GP Morgan Bank in Zurich and transferred it to Wise, and for the past two months I have been missing these 1,000 francs. What can I do?

J P Morgan Post Office Card Account

J P Morgan Post Office Card Account.
Have kept my late Mother's money hidden in one of their accounts for almost 7 years.
I have contracted their customer service office based in, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
To ask them why they have held on to a deceased person's money , without informing the family for so long, but they will not answer simple questions and if you push them for answers, they end your call.
I have asked to speak to the, Head of Card Accounts Customer Service, but have been told he does not speak to customers with complaints or answer emails.
THIS IS A DEADFUL COMPANY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. BUT I WILL NOT GO AWAY...
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...!

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. After my mom died, my 80 year old dad received the funds as her beneficiary. Knowing that there would be a get tax penalty, he requested a large percentage be withheld and distributed to the IRS and state. Upon receiving the tax document this year, we discovered that JP Morgan mistyped his address as being in Indiana rather than Idaho. When I called to request that the error be resolved I was told that is not their problem and they can't do anything to fix. They suggested that he file a tax return in Indiana, a state he's literally never even stepped foot in. Aaaand he would have to wait for Indiana to return over $12k to him, but he still has to pay Idaho by April 15th. It was also a nightmare to get him the funds in the first place. So... customer service? Not their thing. Perhaps choose a company that cares.

Spoofing to manipulate the market.

Spoofing to manipulate the market.

Are you kidding me. Contracts that are never performed on, meaning that a trader can claim to make a large buy or sell without actually completing the sale. This allows you to manipulate the market without actually completing the transaction. That's tantamount to taking a full cart of groceries to the cashier and walking out without the groceries or paying for them, but expecting the store's sales to increase without a sale occurring. Prospective transactions are not actual transactions and therefore should not be counted and should not have an impact on the market factors of supply and demand.

Non transactions that affect the market????? Fantasy should not affect reality. Fiction should not affect facts. Buying and selling are facts. Talking about buying or selling is gossip or fiction until the actual act occurs. The market should be based on "Buy" transactions and "Sell" transactions instead of prospective actions. These are considerations without any real intention for action and should be treated as being nothing until an actual transaction occurs (transaction being a completed buy or sell of a stock or commodity).

This useless bank kept my hard-earned money for 40 days as an intermediary bank in a SWIFT transfer and finally decided to return my money to the original account after 40 days without providing any reason and after making multiple complaints.

AVOID them at all costs!

About London branch

About London branch. The worst bank to deal with. They are holding my international transfer for 2 weeks with no explanations. Customer service is awful, they are useless and can’t help in any way. Stay away from them, they don’t respect people, don’t know their job and can cause only problems. Any other contacts never picking up the phone. Emails are gone like in black hole with automated replies. A nightmare and complete disappointment. I think my money will gone in time and their unprofessionalism.

BEWARE

Jeanine G. Delgado #7571957, consider this financial advisor a SALESPERSON. Can't even explain in one or two sentences what she or they are going to do for me. Doesn't offer good value or ROI compared to the cost. Will use fear as a tactic to keep you under their wing. Makes you feel uncertain to invest without them to make you fearful of looking elsewhere.

Beneficiary Services

I’ve been trying to deal with their beneficiary services department which has been a total disaster.
I am the court ordered executor for my mother’s estate and have provided the all the required documentation.

In my legal and fiduciary role I need to monitor the disbursement of her estate.
Premortem online access to account information such as statements & tax documents goes away.
Getting account statements in any reliable fashion goes away.

You have to call faceless representatives who supposedly only have a single name, no email & no direct phone number & no accountability for whatever they do or can’t do.
It is a lottery every time I call to see whether they can authenticate who I am & complete a simple request, such as mail me a current account statement.

My mother’s premortem account manager/advisor has abandoned her, leaving me with the faceless clown show they call beneficiary services.

Their beneficiary services is a disgrace and if I could give them a negative rating, I would.

Being an executor is a thankless job. Trying to work with JP Morgan’s beneficiary services division makes it a nightmare.

Worst broker I've ever dealt with.

Worst broker I've ever dealt with.

Let me start off by saying I have accounts with 5 different brokerages and have looked into several others, I am also a qualified purchaser so I am very well versed in this industry.

Jp Morgan's self directed account is the absolute WORST platform to invest on, the next worst doesn't even come close to how bad this platform is.

No extended hours trading, no securities lending, you cannot simultaneously have a margin account and trade options, you cannot buy OTC equities, and the customer support is the worst.

I've been trying to transfer shares out of my JPM account into Fidelity for the past 30 days and JPM doesn't even have an ounce of a clue as to why their system is rejecting the transfer. They've cost me thousands of dollars in securities lending income.

RUN don't walk away from these guys.

Terrible service

Terrible service. They force you to call them to get temporary id for your account. You end up queueing for hours and paying for this so essentially you pay money and time for a service you didn't even want. In this day and age you should allow your customers to handle things without having to call.
