I paid $100 for a light stick that was originally $50-$60 and received a defective product (I’m not sure if it was just defective or a fake light stick since it never turned on with batteries so I could never try to connect it to the official app). Customer service was very unresponsive and it took me emailing them 10 different times over the past month just to receive a refund. They were also very reluctant to provide a full refund, and when I agreed to receive a partial refund I received less than the agreed upon amount. Won’t be shopping there again and will be warning my friends and other fans about my experience.

Missed out on the skzoo preorder, so I thought I'd give this site a try. While it's clearly not an offficial one, I'm more than happy with my Han Quokka! His shirt is poor quality, but I was planning on buying other outfits for him anyway. Arrived quicker than I expected to the UK. I'd order here again

I ordered an item on the 21st of November, and i KEPT being told to wait for the next few days and it will be shipped. Its now 31st of January and I still have not received the item.

Checked when it was shipped, it was shipped one the 12th of January which would be fine... but it was shipped to Canada instead of Australia.

I have been trying to get ahold of these people thru email after email and no response yet. I had an order and they shipped it to the wrong address. So I wasted 100.00 on an order I never got. I hope this will help me get thru to them.
