Kept me well informed re delivery, arrived on time, and the plants appropriately packed etc so that arrived in good condition.
Used this company quite a lot over last two years and all purchases are flourishing.

So easy to order. Kept well informed of dispatch and plants arrived is good condition. This is my second plants order and all are doing well.
I have ordered bulbs for next spring so can't wait for arrival.

Through no fault of their own my flowers were not delivered the day they were sent out. These were quickly refunded over the phone so I have reordered a fresh order with hopefully more luck on delivery

Plants arrived on time and in very good condition

My plants arrived safely and looked healthy. I was a bit disappointed with the Hydrangea macrophylla 'Blue Prince', as it arrived as little more than a stick with just one leaf. I'm hoping it will establish and grow, but compared to the other plants, it was much smaller and less developed than I expected.

2 out of 4 plants sent were in very distressed condition and even after all the good efforts, 1 Rose abd 1 Hydrangea have died.
The other Hydrangea is also showing distress sign and having yellow leaves.

Absolutely fabulous packed well arrived in amazing condition and extremely happy in my gardens even with the weather being as hot as it is

Constant communication re my order. Two of 3 plants ordered arrived well packaged and in good condition. Are growing well now. The third was delayed by the heatwave. The company sensibly deferred delivery until cooler conditions came. Sadly then the geranium became unavailable , a shame as it was the one I particularly wanted. However I was promptly reimbursed . Hopefully I can try next year as it looked a lovely bright pink hardy geranium.
