Very disappointed with my MOT
Very disappointed with my MOT. Booked it with the garage and got there first thing in the morning. Was advised there is a bit of a wait so left the car there. Noticed on my app that my car has been driven the other side of reading. Called them immediately to be told they have taken the car there. I have given no permission to do this and avoided that garage on purpose. Really disappointed as that garage was closer than they are. They told me they are insured, but you still need the owners permission. Then insult to injury they tried overcharging. Will not use again.
