I used to love this company but sadly…
I used to love this company but sadly AI has taken over and there is no way to request customer service except for emails. I placed an order a few weeks ago and paid for premium shipping to make sure I got it in time for my Aunts 96th birthday. Sadly USPS never received the order and there is no one I can reach anymore at Journi. Will be going with Mixtiles after 3 years and 6 photo albums, which I had loved. Lack of customer service just ruined a great company. Hope it’s worth the money they saved by automating every aspect! God help us!!!

Super happy
I was skeptical about this photo album, I’ll be honest. Upon receiving it, that skepticism turned to delight! From the cover to the last page, I am impressed with this book! Quality paper, the photos arranged to my liking, easy to use website, & I love the dates and locations to remind us where we were, exactly! I will definitely be ordering again! And having a tree planted to boot??? Yes!!!!

Ease of upload👍
To be able to upload a full iPhoto album, sorted by date, is amazing!
It works without a hitch!
Production and delivery time are usually very fast and excellently quality☺️
It costs probably a little more but the ease of use is worth it for me!
Only improvement desirable: more choice of fonts, size and bold:underline…

It is a really great app
It is a really great app. I wish there was a way to maually reorganize things instead of necessarily picking from a template, especially for adding text, which is in a pre-set format and shape and takes up much more space than may be needed. It would also be great to be able to draw on pictures manually.

I like the photo album overall
I like the photo album overall, but I expected the pages to have a glossier finish. They aren't as glossy as I hoped, and the paper seems like it could be damaged easily if even a small amount of water gets on it.
The pages also feel a bit wavy, almost like they just came out of the oven. I noticed that a lot of space on some pages was left unused. It would be great if there were an automatic layout or design feature that chooses the best arrangement for the photos instead of leaving large empty areas.
I also think some basic photo enhancement by the team, especially for darker photos, would make the final album look much better. Small improvements like adjusting brightness or exposure could really enhance the overall quality and attract more customers.
Overall, I like the album, but these improvements would make the product even better.

We'd also like to mention that our production process already includes automatic image enhancement to improve brightness and make colors appear more vibrant where possible.

Great photo books
I absolutely love my books! I created two books recently of vacations and they are made so well, the color of the photos are vibrant. It was so easy to use the app. I have struggled for years with Shutterfly. This is now my go to app for all my travel and family books.
