Excellent cashmere
Over the years I have bought four scarves, a picnic blanket and now a pair of cashmere socks from them. The quality is superb and the delivery has always been prompt. I have contacted them by email to delay delivery ( to suit my needs) and have always found their customer service to be excellent. British manufacturer - luxury designer quality, but at a reasonable price.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service - delayed responses from ever changing email addresses as I sought to return, & obtain a refund for, goods received that were not as expected.
Promised to refund postage costs then came back saying 'computer says no' and offering a discount off my next spend with them. As if I would be likely to place another order with them!
Refund took a month after the goods were delivered back to them.

Outstandingly abysmal
Terrible experience with this company, made worse by inexplicably bad customer service.
Emma from (I’m left to presume) their customer service - no information on her email, so anyones guess who she is - actively absolving Joshua Ellis of any responsibility, even though all of the mistakes with my online order sit squarely with them.
It’s one thing for errors to occur, quite another to avoid taking any ownership whatsoever and to not even have the courtesy to reply to a question or provide any information asked for.
