Poor Quality AVOID
Customer service is a joke! paid a lot of money for a folio knife set with chopping boards. The paring knife has fell apart just over the warranty period. J+J customer service has no single replacement and told me to buy a new knife set at £100! they don’t care about customers it all about making money. Zero after sales service and will not use again! Just to add… a
10% off code was offered which is a joke! The whole set has gone in the bin as the other knives are also falling apart!

I recently had an issue with the lid mechanism on my Totem Compact 40L bin. Initially, I was disappointed as I no longer had the original proof of purchase, which made the guarantee process difficult.
However, I want to genuinely thank the Joseph Joseph Consumer Care team — especially Annalise — for the professionalism, patience and understanding throughout the entire process.
Although the issue could not be resolved through standard policy, the team took the time to review my case carefully and ultimately arranged a full replacement as a goodwill gesture.
This experience showed me that Joseph Joseph truly values its customers and stands behind the quality of its products. Excellent customer service and communication from start to finish.

The grinding mechanism in my salt mill broke after almost exactly 2 years. I contacted customer services to see if I could purchase a replacement grinder mechanism as it was outside the guarantee period. However, the very helpful assistant instead sent me a gift card for their store as the salt mill was not in stock. Excellent customer service.

IronHub™ Wall-mounted Ecru Iron Storage Caddy
Bought this and stuck with it not usable with my ironing board! Website say fits with most but I have tried two and neither work. I asked JJ for a list of brands and models that do work, they said they couldn’t provide this and ‘ For reference, Joseph Joseph ironing boards are designed to be fully compatible with the IronHub’!
Why don’t they say that on the website, can’t see why there is not a list of possible products, if it fits most surely they have should have a list to know this?!

They have some wonderful products, I love using them. I had a small issue with a chopping board, I got in touch with JJ and the response was fast and a full replacement was sent out promptly. Annalise was very friendly, apologetic and quick to resolve. This was a great experience and I'll continue to be a customer for years to some.
Bad quality shoe rack and customer service
Received a shoe rack with a part that easily broke on assembly. Joseph Joseph passed me off to the retailer rather than taking ownership of the issue. When I found the replacement part on their own website and asked them to simply cover the postage, in my view the least they could do for selling an expensive shoe rack which is of bad quality, they told me the did not have any stock of the part which was listed on the website. I reiterated to them that they had it and that I was happy to pay but I wanted to know if they were agreeable to pay for postage in light of the issue. Two follow-up emails later without any response. Disappointing product quality and customer service experience to match.

Excellent service when following up a delivery with an item missing. Phoned customer service team and spoke to George who quickly and clearly explained what had happened, tracked item and set up tracking code for it - all in a few minutes. Having expected a drawn out process I was very pleasantly surprised and can recommend their service provision.
Great customer service
Just wanted to highlight how good the customer service experience was, as that is not something that happens often! I ordered the AirFrame airer but accidentally ordered the max option, which was too large for my flat. Emailed customer service to ask if it could be picked up rather than me taking it to a DPD drop off as it was a v large box, and Annalise could not have been more helpful. The pick up was organised swiftly - based on my availability rather than just being told when it was happening - and I received a discount code to use when I went on to order the correct size, which was a nice bonus. All very efficient and friendly.
