I like JJ products for the functionality and aesthetic but Annalise in customer service made it everything stress free and put my mind at rest. The aftercare, or should I say 'in between' care made alk the difference.

Timely very correct and thoughtful answers.

We have a totem bin and it has a ten year guarantee which runs out in a few months.
Without any quibble at all, the company have honoured that guarantee.
The customer service from Joy has been prompt, efficient and first class.
Highly recommend buying from this company.

One of our roasting trays developed a fault in the non stick layer six months after purchase. I emailed the company and they were amazing and the next day I received a replacement. Fantastic customer service would definitely recommend.

Incredible service from JJ. Had an issue with finding parts for my bin which was very old. As they didn’t make the parts anymore they sent me an entirely new bin! I’m absolutely blown away by the service and care. Special props to Amina for the fantastic communication and customer service whilst dealing with my case!

I’ve always liked Joseph Joseph for home and kitchen products because the designs feel practical, modern and well thought out.

I’ve looked at their products when comparing premium homeware, kitchen storage and waste/recycling solutions, and they stand out because they focus on making everyday items easier to use. The products usually look clean, save space, and feel more considered than cheaper alternatives.

The main thing I like is that the designs are useful, not just nice to look at. For things like kitchen organisation, bins, cleaning items and storage, Joseph Joseph makes products that feel like they actually solve small daily annoyances.

They are more expensive than basic homeware brands, but the quality and design usually justify it. Overall, I’d happily recommend Joseph Joseph if you want smart, good-looking products for the home.

Fantastic customer service! An item broke over the weekend, so I messaged on Sunday. By Monday lunchtime I had a response, and within 2 hours a replacement item had already been sent out with the order numbers provided. Really impressed with the quick turnaround and support — 5 stars from me. Thanks again!

I was given a set of roasting tins as a gift 12 or 14 months ago and the enamel started to brown and looked unsightly most unusual for Joseph Joseph as I have so many of their products and have never had a problem before with anything
I contacted customer services and dealt with a lady called Annalise who couldn’t have been more helpful she very kindly is arranging for a new set of roasting pans to be sent to me she was courteous understanding and polite

Excellent company to deal with, over the years I have purchased many of their items. Recently I had in issue with my order and the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Promptly responded and dealt with my issue. I would highly recommend them!

Rarely write reviews. Moved to do so after JJ replaced an 8-year old bin under warranty just because of a faulty catch. Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend them. Not many companies go above and beyond like that these days.

I had an issue with the clip on my bin lid, where the lid no longer stayed shut, I emailed customer service and Amina was so helpful and quick to send me out a replacement. Very happy with the customer care and service

We've had our Joseph Joseph Intelligent Waste Totem Compact Bin, 40L for 3 years, when the lid had broken. Kokila at Joseph Joseph customer services issued me a voucher equivalent to the bin amount. I purchased a new placement bin! Thank you!

What a fabulous company, after moving home this enabled me to purchase many items over the last month from Joseph Joseph, I will say without hesitation that I can highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase from here. I did have one problem, fabulous communication it was soon sorted thank you.

I returned four pump soap holders as after spending an hour trying to open them they ended up being impossible to do. The return process was absolutely painful as customer service was extremely difficult to deal with. I have bought a lot of their products but this was the limit so no more!

I bought an item from this company a month ago through Tchibo and never received it, it was marked as lost then delivered. I tried writing Tchibo who redirected me to Joseph Joseph whom I emailed and never got a response from. I’m trying to get a refund for my item to no avail. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND, it’s been a month since I purchased this item.

Despite having an issue with the chopping boards we purchased, George quickly and without any hesitation sorted and fixed our issue under a warranty we didn't know we even had. The replacement product was with us within 24 hours... couldn't ask for more. George was friendly and helpful throughout.

My 30L Titan bin lid mechanism broke after over 2 years and as it was still under the 3-year warranty, I contacted Joseph Joseph (on Friday) and the customer service rep I dealt with, Mariela, was professional and fast to respond. I received a replacement bin yesterday (Wednesday). I can't fault their customer service or speed at which they solved the problem! Thank you Mariela and Joseph Joseph!
