I am a customer of JoomShaper for over 5 years now, paying for a subscription plan every year.
But when I reach out to the technical support team for assistance with one of my websites, I have to wait for weeks.
Worst of all, the responses I get are off-topic. It's incompetence! I've had to abandon projects because of the great slow response from the technical support.
In cases of critical issues, support simply ignores you. Currently, even creating a ticket on their website to submit a question is very difficult. The link to do so no longer exists.
It's clear that JoomShaper doesn't care about its customers at all.
As the years go by, JoomShaper's support only gets worse.

The support to solve my requests was excellent, although it was late and I needed sometimes to solicit a response.

One of the worst support teams I've ever dealt with. Support issues are either ignored for days or simply ignored altogether. Their timezone is out of touch with many of their customer base; not their fault, but when someone posts a question and it isn't even addressed by the following day then it is their fault. Their #1 answer, "We're sorry... I'll let the Dev team know about it." And then... you don't hear from them, more likely than not. When they do decide to answer questions in the forums, they cherry-pick which to answer. Save yourself the trouble and consider one of the other page builders.

JoomShaper is an excellent business to work with. The products are really great, and so is the support team. I have been a customer for 10 years, and I highly recommend them.

Technical support was a little slow to start with but quickly built up speed and solved the problems. Using the products (SP Page Builder & Easy Store) was fairly straight forward but required some learning on my part.

Overall a satisfactory performance from both the software and support and I would recommend the company and the above products.

Excellent support, fast and they fixed my issue.

I faced several issues after purchasing and raised a ticket. They took around 3 days and built a special package for me. I used that and now my site is working fine.
Still need many modules for easy storage.

I am and have been using Joomshaper Helix3 framework over years and lately also SP Page Builder - all this allows me to easily create beautiful and functional web sites – and most important of all is – if stuck there is always somebody to give your support.

Easystore has potential. It's currently still a bit buggy, but they have good support, and they were able to fix all the errors for me. It's all working as it should now. I can't give it 5 starts as it's still feels more like a beta version then a finish product, but like I said it's got the potential to be a great product.

Absolutely Awesome the technical support team of Joomshaper... They always try to understand my need and they always try to answer in an optimal way. As far as I am concerned, I am very satisfied with the technical service.

Excellent extension for Joomla 4.

I'm using both SP Page Builder and their templates. Support is very good, and the product is continuously being improved with some cool features. I highly recommend it.
