I've to say that over the last 3 years i'd only great experience with JoomShaper. If we talk about products like templates, or the awesome Pagebuilder, which will be updated constantly, everything revolves around passion. I cannot say that my experience with SP Page Builder Pro has been entirely smooth or easy. I installed it during the release of a new version, which came with multiple teething problems. However, I stayed with it because it offers many great features that have transformed my Joomla website.

Before installing the plugin, maintaining a truly responsive website required endless hours of effort and study. SP Page Builder has made a huge difference. That said, you can't expect the default installation to suit every situation—you do need to invest time in learning how to configure the plugin properly. But in my experience, it’s worth the effort.

From time to time, I encounter minor issues, but the support team—available as part of the reasonable annual renewal fee—has always responded promptly and courteously, doing their best to understand and resolve the problems. I imagine it must be a challenging job, supporting customers with varying levels of technical knowledge in such a fast-changing technological landscape. They have my respect.
