I experienced some issues with installing a template on the back end of my Joomla site and while my hosting company (in South Africa) tried to assist, they were unable to solve the problem. Over the last few years I encountered a lot of joomla-template-developers and honestly, joomlaplates has easily the best price-performance-ratio I ever whitnessed. Installation was super easy and everything worked as promissed which I sadly never had experienced before with templates from other developers. When I did have a problem with a module, which turned out to be caused by my anti-virus-programm, I got great support and within a matter of hours the problem was diagnosed and solved by the guy who actually runs the company. Really incredible, I wish there were more companies like this.

I have to say, I'm always very impressed with JoomlaPlates. I've purchased many templates from them, but I've also purchased templates from other vendors. The problem I've run into with other vendors is the support I receive from them, if at all. I understand that not everything can be perfect, and that sometimes there will be conflicts with various plug-ins, or with updates, etc. But for a company to completely ignore you or not offer valid solutions is frustrating. Especially when you've paid for their templates. With JoomlaPlates they always get back to me in a timely fashion, and always with helpful solutions. It's great to see there's still companies who stand behind their products.
