I absolutely love my Joolz stroller
I absolutely love my Joolz stroller. It has held up incredibly well, even through rough use and tougher terrain. After 4 years and 3 kids, it’s still going strong, which really speaks to the quality and durability. My only downside is that certain replacement parts can be hard to find, and they aren’t always available in all the colors that the strollers come in.
Customer support very slow
We have loved our Joolz strollers and after our last one broke (totally expected after long use) we bought this one. After a bit of use it started to make a clicking sound. Customer support was so slow to respond, the problem hasn’t been resolved and I will probably buy a different stroller. Very disappointing experience.

Tried to cancel the order 30min after and never recieved answer back...it´s been 5 days and no answer yet...
MIA customer service
I could not get ahold of customer service to rectify an issue with my order prior to it shipping. I called and left a voicemail as well as emailed and was never contacted. Disappointing and doesn’t make me feel great if I ever have to use the warranty for the product.
Joolz parasol piece. Thank you, Joolz, for the perfect handling.
We, the grandparents, bought the Joolz Air+ for our first grandchild. Right from the start, it was a good buggy that could handle many future grandchildren. Later, I bought a Joolz parasol to go with it, but the piece didn't fit; it turned out to be too big. At the store, Dreambaby, they didn't know what to do about it? I was told I would have to buy a new parasol, and that I could purchase it via a link? I found that a bit bizarre, didn't I? I sent an email to Joolz explaining the whole situation. The piece arrived by post. Handled properly. Friendly, too. So, top marks. We grandparents are happy that we can make good use of our buggy with the parasol for our grandson and future grandchildren. Thank you, Joolz, for the perfect handling. Greetz from Belguim
DO NOT BUT JOOLZ- No aftercare at all
DO NOT BUY JOOLZ
There is no after care service - the folding mechanism is not working after using for 2 months. Contacted Joolz for repair - was then sent a frame that has no fabric, wheels and basket. Was told to unscrew everything from the old one and reinstall everything back ourselves. Terrible service and experience.
I recently purchased the Joolz AER2
I recently purchased the Joolz AER2, and only two weeks later the price dropped by more than $100. It makes the product feel like its price isn’t stable or reliable. I wanted to share this experience because it’s frustrating to buy something and then immediately see a significantly lower price.
The replacement wheels for my stroller…
The replacement wheels for my stroller arrived safely and in good time. Thank you for allowing people to REPAIR and REFURBISH their equipment, rather than just throw used things into the land-fill!!! Good job!
Extra wheels
Although I like JOolz and their products. They did send the wrong thing multiple times. But they fixed it without complaint so 4 star.
Zero customer service
I originally contacted Joolz in November regarding issues with the frame of my brand new hub2. After several slow emails and providing pictures and videos, they stated they would send me a new frame once one became available in February. I have now called and emailed numerous times for an update, with absolutely ZERO response. It is impossible to talk to a live person. You are forced to leave a message every time with no call back. Very frustrating when you spend a few hundred dollars on a stroller that is supposed to have a good warranty, only for the warranty to be impossible to use because the company doesn't provide customer service.
UPDATE: after multiple emails and calls, I did receive a new frame, however it’s the wrong color. I have now emailed multiple times with no response. So now I’m stuck with the wrong color frame. There was also no instructions provided on how to swap out frames.
Easy navigation and good information
The website is easy to navigate and a sale option popped right up. Shipping was easy to set up as well.
Do not buy a Joolz
Do not buy a Joolz. You receive broken products and have to send many emails to justify it. Then they replace with just a part of it and you have to build it yourself. I don’t tell you about the waiting time to get to speak with someone. Pure shame!
I had an incredibly positive experience…
I had an incredibly positive experience with Joolz customer service.
After a structural issue appeared on my Joolz Aer+ stroller, their team responded quickly and without hesitation sent a full replacement chassis. The shipping was very fast, and the entire process was smooth and professional.
Later, I realized that a separate basket support part (which had previously broken on my original frame) was not included with the replacement. Once again, their team responded immediately and arranged to send the missing part without any complications.
Throughout the entire process, their communication was kind, responsive, and truly customer-focused. It’s rare to experience this level of care and efficiency.
I’m genuinely grateful for the support and highly recommend Joolz — not only for their beautiful products, but for their outstanding service.

A great experience
Constanza on the uk call centre was so helpful. I am really impressed with the service at Joolz and with the professionalism of the team. Great aftercare and so refreshing to speak to someone who understands the importance of great customer service.
Their US store customer service is…
Their US store customer service is terrible! In a span of 2 weeks not a single response. They canceled my order after promising they would not. Shipping is extememy slow. I would recomend ordering from Amazon where joolz seems to be more responsive.
Good products, no customer service
We trusted the brand and made a mistake. While we still think that the products are good quality, the customer service is a shame. We bought a stroller at the same time our family gifted it to us through our baby registry and we immediately requested a refund. It’s been 2 months, no answer to our emails, phones and left messages and no refund(900$). From time to time we just get an email saying that they will check it.
The attention is non-existent and very disappointing. It gives us 0 trust for the future use and potential issues with their products. If we were to choose again the brand we’d for use avoid Joolz.
